Fieldstone & Pine Utility Restoration

Project Overview

We performed a full restoration of this historic utility barn, beginning with the stabilization and repointing of its original fieldstone foundation. The project involved a full exterior tear-off, replaced with natural wood board-and-batten siding and a sleek black standing-seam metal roof. Inside, we replaced the failing deck with a new solid pine plank floor. The transformation was completed with sliding barn doors designed to match the new siding and a vibrant red service entry for a classic farmhouse finish.
